There comes a time when the familiar ways of understanding ourselves and the world no longer feel sufficient. You may begin noticing patterns, questioning old beliefs, experiencing heightened sensitivity, feeling drawn towards ancestral knowledge, exploring energy, dreams, intuition or the unseen dimensions of life. Perhaps you have always felt deeply connected to something beyond the ordinary, but have never quite had the language, tools or supportive space to explore it.
Spiritual awakening can be beautiful, but it can also feel confusing, overwhelming and lonely when you do not know where to begin.
Spirit School is an invitation to explore that threshold with curiosity, courage, discernment and compassion. This is an intimate 11-week online learning journey for souls who are ready to deepen their relationship with themselves, their bodies, their intuition, their ancestry and their spiritual practice.
Together, we will explore the foundations of spiritual awareness, African Indigenous wisdom, energy, embodiment, divination, ritual, ancestral connection and personal transformation. We will learn, question, reflect, practice and experience.
This is not about becoming someone else, collecting spiritual labels or handing your power over to a teacher, a reading or a spiritual authority. It is about developing the tools to listen more deeply, recognise your own patterns, understand your experiences and cultivate a spiritual practice that feels meaningful, grounded and genuinely yours.
I am not here to give you all the answers. I am here to help you remember how to listen for your own.
THE JOURNEY: 11 WEEKS OF SPIRITUAL EXPLORATION
Spirit School is intentionally structured to allow us to open our circle, build knowledge, practise what we learn, take time to integrate and eventually close our journey together.
Our 11 weeks will include:
One opening circle ceremony.
Eight weeks of guided learning and experiential classes.
One mid-term integration and rest week.
One closing circle ceremony and integration gathering.
WEEK 1 — OPENING THE CIRCLE
Ceremony, intention & entering the container.
We begin by opening our circle and welcoming each soul into the Spirit School journey.
WEEK 2 — AWAKENING, GROUNDING, BOUNDARIES & PROTECTION
Understanding your spiritual journey while staying rooted
WEEK 3 — THE BODY AS A SPIRITUAL PORTAL
Our bodies are not separate from our spiritual lives. They are where we experience, process and express life.
WEEK 4 — INTUITION & SPIRITUAL DISCERNMENT
Learning to listen without losing yourself.
WEEK 5 — DIVINATION, TAROT & THE LANGUAGE OF SYMBOLS
Exploring the tools of spiritual reflection.
MIDTERM BREAK.
WEEK 7 — ANCESTORS, SPIRIT GUIDES & DREAMS MASTERCLASS
Exploring ancestry, belonging and spiritual connection with Kuku.
WEEK 8 — SHADOW WORK & THE ART OF UNLEARNING
Meeting the parts of ourselves we have learned to hide.
WEEK 9 — RITUAL, MANIFESTATION & THE ART OF MAGIC.
Working intentionally with symbolism, intention and action
WEEK 10 — INTEGRATION & SPIRITUAL SOVEREIGNTY
Becoming your own spiritual authority. Our final week of learning is about bringing everything together.
WEEK 11 — CLOSING THE CIRCLE
Ceremony, gratitude & integration
We close our learning journey with a dedicated gathering to honour the circle we have created and the journey each person has undertaken.
1. LIVE WEEKLY ZOOM CLASSES
Eleven weeks of guided gatherings, including our opening and closing ceremonies, eight teaching weeks and a dedicated mid-term integration break.
2. CLASS RECORDINGS
You will receive access to the class recordings so that you can revisit the teachings, reflect on the material and continue learning at your own pace.
3. YOUR SPIRIT SCHOOL MAGIC KIT
Every participant will receive a carefully curated Spirit School Magic Kit containing selected spiritual tools to accompany you throughout your journey.
Your kit is designed to help you engage with the teachings, create your own rituals and explore practical spiritual exercises.
4. A SUPPORTIVE WHATSAPP COMMUNITY
You will become part of a dedicated Spirit School WhatsApp community where we can share reflections, ask questions, exchange insights and support one another throughout the programme.
A space for connection, encouragement, curiosity and shared learning.
21 DAYS OF CONTINUED ACCESS TO ME
Your learning journey does not simply end when our final circle closes.
After the 11-week programme, you will receive 21 days of continued access to me for readings, guidance, questions and support relating to your spiritual exploration and integration.
This is an opportunity to revisit questions, seek perspective and receive additional guidance as you begin applying what you have learned in your everyday life.
This is a defined post-programme support period, with availability and arrangements shared with the cohort.
OPTIONAL GRADUATION CAMPING TRIP!
N$4000 PP (Separate from course fee)
For those who would love to meet in person, we will have an optional Spirit School Graduation Camping Trip.
This will be an opportunity to gather beyond our screens, celebrate our journey and experience connection in nature.
Our graduation gathering is envisioned as a nature-based experience with:
- Wild camping and time outdoors.
- Shared food and gathering around the fire.
- Fire-side chanting, songs and reflection.
- Gentle yoga and movement.
- Meditation and breathwork.
A facilitated mushroom journey, subject to participant screening, informed consent and appropriate safety arrangements.
Time for rest, integration, connection and celebration.
The graduation camping trip is an optional additional experience and is not included in the Spirit School enrolment fee. Further details, dates, location, and participation requirements will be shared separately.
